Loading Future Line and Loading World Line ship separately from different warehouses

For in-stock order , please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. During large order volumes or holiday periods, fulfillment may take 5–10 business days. Delivery usually arrives within 1–2 weeks (depending on destination)

For pre-order items, may take 6-8 weeks for Production time. During the holiday season, production may extend to 8–10 weeks. Processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer. Once we begin making your order, it cannot be canceled. (more details in pre-order policy below)

Pre-order and in-stock items ship together. order separately for faster delivery.

Shipping Address Change Policy 

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order is in production or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. We do not take responsibility for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from address errors provided by the customer or late change requests.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

International Customs & Duties

Loading to Future Line shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

Loading World Line shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. Please note that the selected shipping carrier at checkout may not be used, as orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse and may require different carriers.

Orders typically arrive within 1 - 4 weeks after processing. 

All duties and import fees are charged at checkout. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.


Lost Package
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

If you select Route Shipping Protection at checkout, your package is insured against shipping issues like loss, theft, or damage. Enjoy quick refunds or replacements with 24/7 support. Click here to file a claim . Please report the incident within 30 days of the date it occurred. Route Shipping Protection only covers refunds or exchanges for issues reported within this 30-day window.


Cancellation,Returns ,and Exchanges

All discounted items and pre-orders are final sale. These items are made to order and have limited availability, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

U.S. Orders (Full Price Only)
Full-price U.S. orders (not including pre-order, discounted items) are eligible for return or exchange for store credit within 14 days of delivery via loading return and exchange portal. For refund requests, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from all U.S. returns when using a return label provided by us. For exchanges, we offer one free return shipment for exchanges per order.

Once your return request is approved via our Returns Portal, you will receive a return instructions by email. Please note that returns are subject to a processing fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please return the listed item(s) within 14 days after your return is approved. Returns shipped after this 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and a valid packing slip included. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer. Loading to Future reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy. This does not affect your legal rights related to products with manufacturing defects.

International Orders
All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments at this time.

Order Issues
If there is a mistake with your order caused by us, please contact support@loadingtofuture.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Pre-orders Policy

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or in production and not yet available for immediate shipment. Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.All pre-orders are final sale. These items are made to order and have limited availability, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Pre-orders follow an estimated production timeline, which may vary based on manufacturing schedules and supply chain factors. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, slight delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including production shifts or shipping carrier issues.

All orders are shipped promptly upon completion. By placing a pre-order, you agree to and accept these terms, including the possibility of delays.
